We are strong advocates of the "employer pays" model for a number of reasons:
1. Because we don't take money from the candidates we work in teh best interest of the client in identifying quality talent they need
2. Work in the interest of the client to ensure that we go beyond placement to integration and assimilation of new hires.
3.Stop exploitation of job seekers by middlemen and stop human trafficking in any shape or form.
We go beyond finding the right talent as we know that when you hire skilled talent from overseas , there are many factors that need to be addressed ,in order for the new hires to be comfortable in their new work location .

Skilled migrant workers often have to pay to get employed overseas and fall prey to unethical recruiters and employers who exploit them.
It is our aim to disrupt this process and educate both employee and employer on their rights and responsibilities.
